About Restaurant Molen van Sluis Located in the picturesque town of Sluis, near Knokke and Bruges, Molen van Sluis offers an authentic brasserie experience. Guests can enjoy traditional pancakes, waffles, apple pie, and local beers like 'n Jantje. For lunch and dinner, the brasserie serves delicious dishes such as shrimp croquettes, pastas, and salads. What will you do? Take orders and serve drinks to guests. Clear tables and ensure a tidy environment. Help with dishwashing and light cleaning duties. To be successful in this role, you should: ✔ Speak fluent English. ✔ Be presentable and customer-friendly. ✔ Be able to work independently, preferably with experience in hospitality.
