Your responsibilities: - Review and refine requirements from System/ Subsystem Level - Write Requirements for AC SW - Generate implementation concepts of Sensor Functions and Stores - Develop functional prototypes of sophisticated algorithms in the area of Air to Surface Weapons - Support System Hazard Assessements - Prepare and generate a LRI Processing Specification (LPS) - Optimize design with regard to operational requirements - Support definition of platform overarching sensor Management - Travel to customer and partner companies to discuss concepts and requirements Your profile: - Completed studies in engineering, aerospace or comparable - Several years of work experience in engineering and aerospace - Understanding of work processes in a military environment and system/software development in aircrafts - Knowledge of Air-to-Surface weapon functions (including simulation) and operational use cases for sensors and weapon employment is an advantage - Knowledge of Eurofighter systems (Weapon and Avionics) is an advantage - Familiarity with System Engineering Standards (ARP 4754A, INCOSE, DO-178C) and Requirements Management / RBE Analysis is an advantage - Understanding of certification processes for flying systems is an advantage - Good knowledge of processes and tools (DOORS, Statemate) is an advantage - Fluent English skills both spoken and written - Good German skills Your partner: Orizon GmbH is your capable partner when it comes to standing out from the crowd on the labour market.
