Are you accurate, technically skilled and do you like to control processes? As a screen operator, you – together with your team – monitor all steps of the production process and ensure a high-quality end result. You do this by: Correctly monitoring and adjusting production parameters (flow rates, temperatures, etc.). Perform physical analyses and take action based on the results (quality prevails). Fill in production checklists carefully and in a timely manner, so that the administration is correct. Actively monitor order, cleanliness and safety in the department. You work in a structured way, communicate clearly with colleagues and remain calm when the pace increases Requirements Graduate level degree and/or relevant experience in a similar (process) environment. Strong technical insight; experience in the process industry is a plus. Structured and organized work is in your nature. You can translate analyses into clear actions/advice for colleagues.
