Guiding customers during the entire sales or purchase process Active prospecting and building of our own network in the Oudenaarde region Preparation and follow-up of sales files Advising customers with knowledge and an eye for detail. Your profile You are fluent in French  Experience in real estate or sales is a plus, but not a requirement You are a strong communicator with a commercial flair You like to work in a result-oriented way, without losing the customer-oriented approach You are a team player, but also able to manage your files independently You are proactive, organized and not afraid to take initiativeAn existing network in the real estate world is an asset
