You'll also have the opportunity to learn on the job, join training sessions and shape how we do hospitality. What You'll Do: - Outstanding Service: Greet and seat guests, take orders, upsell with genuine enthusiasm and deliver flawless check-downs. - Beverage Mastery: Learn and showcase our cocktail recipes, craft beers, wines and non-alcoholic offerings-become the team's go-to expert. - Continuous Improvement: Share ideas to streamline guest flow, speed up table turns and refine SOPs. - Training & Feedback: Participate in regular workshops and one-on-ones; coach newer team members as you grow. - Collaboration: Work hand-in-glove with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth communication and co-develop new menu items.
