You're a trusted go-to with expert knowledge, always ready to step in and support whenever your help is needed within the team. • You'll take charge of the complete order process-from the very first quote to the final invoice-ensuring every step is accurate, timely, and customer-friendly. • You'll log inquiries and handle complaints with care and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for great service. • You'll keep our customer data up to date and tidy, so we always know who we're working with-and how to help them best. • You'll assist with tenders and help prepare reports for specific customer groups. • You'll contribute to marketing campaigns and customer promotions, helping us stay visible and relevant in the market. • You'll manage administrative tasks like contract documentation with precision and consistency. • You'll be a reliable support for our Account Managers and Product Specialists, helping them serve our customers even better.
