Onze cliënten hebben een chronische aandoening waardoor 12-24 uur per dag ondersteuning of hulp van een zorgteam nodig is. Our clients have a chronic condition which requires 12-24 hours a day support or help from a care team. You work independently and at the same time you are part of the care team in which everyone feels responsible for the welfare of the client and the continuity of care. Ligt jouw hart bij de zorg?
