Electrician
We are looking for Production line installation and commissioning workers to join our Clients team for the Kotka CAM project. China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd.(CHEC) is a world-renowned international contractor and a leading provider of comprehensive services across the entire industry chain for both public and private sectors. CHEC has been engaged as the main contractor for the CAM Plant project in Kotka, responsible for the implementation and construction of the plant. The position is project-based, with an expected duration of approximately two years, and the work is located in Keltakallio, Kotka. The employment is fixed-term and will initially be concluded with Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut. Later, the employment relationship will be transferred to CHEC. 1.Equipment Installation: Precisely install core equipment such as reactors, roller kilns, rotary kilns, and ribbon mixers, ensuring that the levelness and verticality meet the process requirements (with an error 0.1mm/m). Also, install other general equipment in the production line and equipment in the public auxiliary area like compressors and circulating pumps. 2.Equipment Commissioning: Conduct commissioning operations for the production line equipment. After the equipment is installed, use professional knowledge and skills to carry out a series of commissioning operations such as power-on, no-load, and load tests on the equipment. Carefully detect the operating parameters of the equipment, adjust the equipment status in a timely manner, and ensure the stable operation of the equipment to meet the production process requirements. Perform coupling alignment for pumps and conveying systems (such as screw feeders) and check bearing clearances. Coordinate with multiple professions during the single-machine and joint commissioning stages to complete the commissioning of the production device. 3.Maintenance Support: Participate in the daily repair and maintenance tasks of mass-produced equipment. When equipment fails, respond quickly, accurately determine the cause of the failure, and take effective measures to repair it in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. At the same time, carry out maintenance work such as cleaning, lubrication, and fastening of the equipment regularly according to the maintenance plan to extend the service life of the equipment. 4.Others: Complete other temporary work tasks assigned by the leadership and actively cooperate with the team work to ensure the smooth operation of the entire production line. Qualifications for the position: 1.Having installation experience in one or more large and complete lithium battery positive and negative electrode material factories, and being familiar with the production process and equipment characteristics. 2.Having experience in installing core process equipment such as roller kilns, rotary kilns, and ribbon mixers. 3.Having the ability to read drawings (mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, process flow diagrams) and being able to position, assemble, and connect equipment in strict accordance with the drawings. 4.Having good logical thinking ability and practical ability, being able to quickly understand and solve problems that occur during equipment installation and commissioning. Being familiar with basic mechanical principles and automatic control principles, and being able to use relevant knowledge to guide practical work. 5.Having strong learning ability and team spirit, being able to actively learn new knowledge and skills, closely cooperate with team members to complete work tasks together. Being serious and responsible in work, with a strong sense of responsibility, and being rigorous and meticulous in work. Sufficient English and Chinese language skills are essential for this role. Ability to read and interpret instructions and attention to detail, capacity for independent work. In addition to your good attitude, you will have a strong safety mindset and the ability to follow workplace safety guidelines. A valid occupational safety card is required at the worksite.
