Company: Peikko Group Location: Lahti Start date: As soon as possible, by mid-November 2025 Extent: Full time, fixed-term for 8 months Type of work: Staffing Other: Possibility to work remote About the role In this role, you will ensure the smooth daily use of their CRM system, support colleagues in different countries, and act as the link between users, the Applications team, and Peikkos external CRM partner. You will also contribute to process improvements, train new users, and help them make the most of marketing automation and CRM features. What We Offer: - A dynamic and international working environment within a global company - The opportunity to take ownership of one of Peikkos core systems and make an impact on its daily operations - A supportive Applications team while still allowing independence in your role - Hybrid working model - Flexible working hours Work tasks: - Provide daily support for internal CRM users, including issue resolution and user rights management - Serve as the system lead for marketing automation (Customer Insight Journey) - Train and onboard new CRM users across the organization - Act as the main contact for our external CRM partner - Share updates and best practices on new features to ensure knowledge is distributed across the group We are looking for: - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (e.g. as a user) - Understanding of sales processes and CRM use from a business users perspective - Full proficiency to work in English, both spoken and written (Finnish is a plus, but not required) - Knowledge/experience of ERP systems, especially D365 Finance and Operations, is seen as a plus To succeed in the role, you have: - Strong communication skills - Proactive and independent working mindset Our recruitment process This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our clients wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.
