Join our movement and support our PhotographyTeam in making Women's Best even more successful! 2 Photographer Assistants (m/w/x) Thaur, Tirol part-time (32h/week). Your Mission As a member of our Photography Team, you will bring our brands to life through stunning visuals. You'll take the lead planning, organizing on capturing high-quality fitness, fashion, and nutrition content for e-commerce that inspires and engages our community across all platforms. What You'll Be Doing * Create captivating content: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos for our e-commerce, marketing, and social media channels. * Ensure brand consistency: Manage image selection and post-production to ensure every shot aligns with our brand vision. * Coordinate with collaborators: Communicate and coordinate with agencies, models, and vendors to execute successful shoots. * Handle logistics: Organize travel and accommodation bookings for shoots and handle the administrative side of project scheduling and tracking. * Manage our media assets: Archive and manage all of our photo and video material. * Team up with other departments: Work closely with our Graphic, Campaign, Nutrition, Social Media, and Web teams to bring projects to life. Who You Are You are a creative and organized professional with a keen eye for detail. *  You have a Matura/A-levels or a relevant qualification in the media sector. *  You have proven experience in photography, with a preference for fitness, lifestyle, or product photography. *  You possess an excellent sense of style when it comes to image creation, coloring, and retouching. *  You are highly skilled in photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop and Capture One. *  You have experience with administrative tasks and strong organizational skills. *  You are a clear and proactive communicator who can coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. *  You are a self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a creative team. *  You're able to handle the pressure of fast-paced projects and can be flexible to travel for shoots when needed. This is an on-site role. *  You have excellent German and English language skills.
