You can look forward to these exciting tasks: • Set up each tool prior to a scheduled run and ensure process parameters to meet required line performances (cycle time, availability and quality) • Implement continuous improvement actions in close relation with production, maintenance, engineering, development, and quality departments • Have efficient time management based on KPI follow up • Participate in the development of the LEAN manufacturing program • Take part in the development and implementation of new processes for future products • Participate in operator skills development • Reports directly to Process Managers Here's what you can bring to the team: • Completed at least 2 years of technical education • Basic mechanical, electrical and robotic knowledge. • Having LEAN manufacturing knowledge is appreciated and considered a plus • 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, automotive industry is considered a plus • Must have troubleshooting and problem-solving approach. Problems must be seen as improvement opportunities. • Autonomy and proactive mindset are mandatory • Able to set up and maintain quality production standards • Ability to perform mathematical calculations associated with process parameters • Strong communication skills • Fluency in English or French, and German is an advantage
