Teamleader night shift

As a teamleader, a very nice and extensive range of tasks awaits you:  You will manage and motivate a team of 8 to 10 people; responsible for making the production and personnel planning; set up machines and adjust them if necessary;  carry out quality controls; provide coaching and training to employees or new colleagues.  Good knowledge of Dutch or English;  first experience as a teamleader and in possession of great leadership qualities; also do manual work if necessary;  fluent PC knowledge.
