We're Hiring: Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Upcoming Winter Season

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join Wild about Lapland Oy and Silver birch resort for the upcoming winter season in Rovaniemi. As COO, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day operations, driving company growth, and motivating our seasonal teams across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple business units - Drive the companys strategic growth and development during the season - Ensure high operational standards and responsible business practices - Motivate, guide, and support seasonal staff and team leaders - Communicate clearly and efficiently - Coordinate on-site activities at different company locations Requirements: - In-depth knowledge of Lapland tourism and seasonal operations - Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle - Proven leadership skills and experience in team management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to take initiative and work independently - Fluent in English (Finnish is a plus) Considered a Plus: - Experience in sales, marketing, finance, or activity service management - Previous leadership experience in tourism or service industries - Ability to set goals, give clear instructions, and align teams with company objectives - Familiarity with seasonal business planning and execution This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company in one of Finlands most magical locations.
