Program Managers/Implementation Specialists (IS) support EU Customer Advisors & Professional Services teams to drive Amazon Business (AB) adoption for purchasing needs. IS's are experts in AB solutions and they are able to setup AB solutions as per Customers’ requirements, internal tools & processes. IS's work closely with Customer Advisor and Professional Services teams in Europe to support implementation and have a key part in Customers’ success to adopt our solutions.
